Robotics Student Association
We aim to bridge the gap between students and applied robotics.
As a member of RSA, you will be part of a community driven by a passion for robotics. We offer the opportunity collaborate with a diverse group of talented students, industry professionals and academics to advance the field of robotics.
Whether you're starting out or branching out. We offer a multidisciplinary environment with workshops and many different projects designed to turn theory into practical robotics skills.

2019
The RSA is founded as an association to connect the students of the Next Generation Robotics Honours Programme.
2020
Operating during the pandemic, members stayed connected with online lectures and digital game nights.
2021
The year where RSA opened it's doors to all students in Delft, and the creation of the annual intro hackathon tradition.
2022
The founding of the RoboCup team, Delft Mercurians. A year full of new projects and robotics activities.
2023
The association has started hosting MicroMouse competition, alongside workshops to help participants get their maze-solving robots ready!
2024
The celebration of the 5th year of the association, with a special 38-hour hackathon, from the 13th to the 15th of September!
2025
A year full of robotics activities, including 4 successful hackathons, with a participants totaling over 120!
The founding of RoboSub and the relocation of the main headquarters to Science Centre
2026
RSA expands its wings, becoming part of the European Robotics Student Association, joining international hackathons and becoming more entrepreneurial.
Many new projects started, and a focus on becoming more industry relevant.
