RSA Facility Committee

Responsible for the move to the new office space in the science center basement, as well as maintenance for RSA spaces and storage.

• New office: This year the focus of this association will be to ensure a smooth move to our new office space in the science center basement.
• Safety & Training: We onboard all new members with hands-on training for the workspace, showing how to safely operate equipment like 3D printers and soldering irons, as well as how to borrow components.
• Inventory & Tools: We manage consumable supplies (filament, solder, hardware) and run regular tool audits to make sure everything is functional, safe, and right where it should be. We are also responsible for making sure the inventory is always stocked and if there are any new components needed.
• Space Maintenance & Policies: We keep the office clean and organized through biweekly cleaning schedules, storage management systems, and space usage guidelines to maintain a productive environment for everyone.
• Support & Coordination: We serve as your direct contact point for storage spaces for projects, inter-committee connections, and project support. If a project or committee needs components/tools it is the job of AtticCo to supply it.
• Member Feedback: We collect quarterly feedback via surveys and bring your ideas directly to the board to continuously improve our facilities.

Communications and Promotion Committee
Oversees RSA’s external communication, brand identity and promotional initiatives internally as well as with partner organizations.

• Digital & Social Media: Managing and growing RSA’s social media channels
• Content Management: Overseeing the branding and media archives.
• Publications: Releasing the quarterly newsletters.
• Partner Outreach: Promotional campaigns and marketing with external organisations.

ESRA Committee
Serves as the link between the European Student Robotics Association and RSA.

• Executive board: Part of the executive team in ESRA, which is one of 5 sub-teams responsible for the functioning of ESRA.
• Initiatives: Works on international-level initiatives with RSA & ESRA.

Workshop Committee

Hosts the workshops in RSA, to help members increase their robotics knowledge and skills.

• RoboArm: A yearly robotics bootcamp/hackathon hybrid that teaches robotics holistically across all the disciplines. For members that want to quickly learn the fundamentals of applied robotics.
• Advanced workshops: Workshops that teach more advanced robotics skills for members that already have a solid grasp on the foundations of robotics.
• Guest lectures: Workshops by people that specialize in a certain robotics subfield.
